Day 4 - Pineapple Carrot Juice Shot

Writer's picture: Belynda FariasBelynda Farias

Whenever you begin juicing.... something magical happens...

Your body tastes the goodness enters the streams and it faintly remembers a time when the body was working at optimal health.

It begins to "wake up" from the dormant stage and begins to stretch and reconnect with it's magic.

It's as if our bodies go into hybernation when we choose to feed our bodies- all the junk food, processed food and sugars, creating the sluggish, fatigued, fuzzy thinking state of being that we're all familiar with.

It's a process- getting back into shape, into good health. But, you have to start somewhere.

Juicing is one of the easiest ways to get started. You see, It's a way to trick the mind that you're still eating, giving it sugars and food, only it's healthy sugars, and healthy fibers, full of vitamins, nutrients, and goodness our bodies need to function at it's best.

From Juicing, we are inspired to take a second step, This can go anywhere from, cutting out sugars, carbs, sodas, sweets, etc.... or maybe stretching or starting a walking routine.

I love how one thing brings another... it's the natural process of the body, of our health, of our natural being.

I hope you are experiencing these beautiful feelings too! I'd love to hear your experience, please comment and share with me.
