Pumpkin carving is a beautiful art and this Halloween you can become the star of your pumpkin party with just 1 little thing... a cuticle trimmer!

I know that's hard to believe but, this little tool can carve up so pretty simple designs to reveal a beautiful handcrafted piece of art!

It's so simple too! For this project you'll need:

- A small to medium pumpkin

- 1 cuticle trimmer

- (optional carving tools)

- black paint

- paper towels

- water

Practice on the underside of the pumpkin for a little bit to understand the use of the tool. Then once you're comfortable, start carving on the pumpkin itself.

Start with a clean, washed pumpkin.

Go with simple shapes. I love the simplicity of flowers and leaves.

Take your time.

Practice on the underside.

Once you've carved your design, paint a small section with acrylic black paint, make sure the paint gets into the carved grooves, then take a damp paper towel and wipe off the excess paint.

Do not leave the paint on too long or it will dry and will be harder to remove.

Once all paint is cleaned off, give your pumpkin masterpiece a bit of extra glow, by rubbing a paper towel with a little bit of cooking oil and wipe it all over the pumpkin. This is just for the glow. Do not leave excess oil on your design. Wipe on, wipe off.

That's it! Show off your Beautiful Pumpkin at your Halloween event and surprise your friends when you tell them you used a cuticle trimmer to carve your masterpiece!

My collection of Faux or Fake foods that always looks so realistic it fools my friends!

This easy DIY is easy! It literally takes about 30 min to do, because of drying time, and it will add so much excitement to your table and decor!

Watch my YouTube video below to see all the details! https://youtu.be/2XvfuHy8A-A

Let’s get started!

Supplies Needed

2 mugs ( I purchased mine at Dollar tree)

1 can of Spray foam

Lightweight Spackle

water

Large piping bag

Large star piping tip

disposable bowl

plastic mixing spoon

2 cinnamon sticks

powdered cinnamon

How To:

Shake your can of Spray foam, and spray foam into mug to the top

Set aside to dry 20 minutes or until top is set.

Mix your Faux Frosting (Spackle paste) in a bowl, adding a little bit of water at a time until a smooth frosting like texture is achieved.

Get your piping bag and trim off about 1 1/2 inches from the tip. Insert piping tip.

Fill your piping bag with your Spackle frosting and close end with a plastic clip.

How to Pipe Spackle frosting

Take your Piping bag and squ gently some of the Spackle frosting onto the dries spray foam in the mug. Continue to pipe stars in small sections of the top of the mug until completely covered, hiding any yellow from the spray foam.

Add a Cinnamon Stick. Insert into the side, pressing gently into the spray foam.

Sprinkle Cinnamon on top!

That’s s it! Doesn’t it look Amazing?

Do you love Avocado Toast? Oh Boy, I do!

One of my Favorite meals for breakfast, brunch or lunch is the Avocado Toast with Egg. I wanted to experiment in making a new variation to add to our favorites.

I took some of our favorite ingredients like Pesto, Parmesan, Sourdough bread and put them together to create my new favorite! Pesto Parmesan Toast with Egg is super delicious! and so easy to make!

To make this Yummy dish, you'll need:

Sourdough Bread, I slice

Pesto Sauce, 1 Tablespoon ( I use the Costco brand)

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 Egg- cooked over medium

Butter

Everything Bagel seasoning

I use my over the counter Oster Convection Oven.

Place your slice of Sourdough in oven to begin toasting.

Meanwhile cook egg on low until it is cooked over medium, with the yolk still a bit soft.

Take your bread out of the oven and spread a little butter.

Spread the Pesto Sauce over the butter and place back in the oven to warm up, while the egg finishes cooking.

Once the egg is cooked, remove Pesto bread from oven and add cooked Egg on top.

Add shredded Parmesan cheese over Egg and top with Everything Bagel Seasoning.

That's it! Sit back and Enjoy this full and satisfying dish.....
