My first shots of goodness are delicious!...
These are morning shots of healthy, natural fruits and vegetables that wake your body up!
Do you love Ginger? If not, then this is your chance to love it. Ginger is filled with healing properties like antioxidants that prevent stress and damage to your DNA. Ginger also helps your body with chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases of the lungs, plus promote healthy aging.
Eating ginger on a daily basis will support your overall health and that is what we're looking for right? Ginger is a natural root, so drinking it (raw) will also give you added nutrients and will fight germs, illness, inflammation, and cancer-causing molecules.
So let's get to the yumminess!
Here is one of my favorite concentrated morning shots. Just make it and drink one every morning or when you need an extra boost of goodness!

Lemon Ginger Cayenne Shot
1" slice of raw ginger
1 lemon
small pinch of cayenne pepper
NutriBullet Mixer - or any mixer/blender
cheesecloth
After scrubbing the ginger clean, chop up the ginger and lemon into quarter pieces, (you can leave the skin on or peel it off) and drop into the Nutri Bullet Mixer. Add 1" water to your container and blend thoroughl.

Using cheesecloth, double up and drape into another glass cup creating a sieve to filter out the pulp. Pour blended mixture into glass cup. Gather the cheesecloth and press out the pure juice. Keep pressing and squeezing until there is no more juice.
Take pressed juice and serve into 2 oz shot glass and drink fresh.
The recipe makes 2 shots.... Share with your loved one or save for tomorrow. You can also double the recipe and make ahead for the week. These delicious shot will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

Shots of goodness mean saying and doing things that inspire good, make you feel better, and bring a state of joy. Injecting good into the world is always a good thing! Give a happy shot of goodness on a daily basis and inspire good..... and see the good returned to you too....
