Today is Day 2 of my 7 day Juice Shot Cleanse. I'm sharing my easy Juicing recipes to making delicious and nutritious Juices that are so good for you!

I started my 7 Day Juice Shot Cleanse to get myself back on track and help detox some of the gunky buildup in my system.

I know Juices ALWAYS help and they're jam packed with tons of vitamins and nutrients.

My body has been craving it... that's when I know it's time to detox.

Yesterday, I started this challenge. It started as a personal challenge however it quickly became a larger project as my family and friends decided to join in.

Ok, so Today's Juice Shot is the delicious Apple, Ginger, Carrot Juice and it's so delicious! You're going to love it!

Why Apple, Ginger and Carrots you ask?

Apples have a high level of polyphenols which help you get rid of free radicals in the body. Apples are very high in antioxidants, flavonoids and Vitamin C. These antioxidants help boost immunity, protect against heart disease and cancer, fight inflammation and slow the aging process. Apples also provide over 90% of the daily recommended intake of Vitamin C which helps prevent colds and boosts your immune system's ability to protect you against common illnesses. Apples also contain fiber that helps manage weight.

Ginger is packed with vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and zinc that promote digestive wellness. It also contains antioxidants that help fight free-radical damage which causes premature aging.

Carrots fill your daily intake of vitamin A, which is essential for healthy eyesight, bone growth and immune system function. This vegetable also provides fiber, antioxidants and potassium, all of which are important for maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle.

Juicing these Vegetables together will bring wonderful goodness to your body and kick start a healthier lifestyle.

For today's recipe, you'll need:

2 Carrots

2" piece of Ginger

1 small apple

I used my AICOOK Slow Juicer and I love this thing. I purchased it on Amazon and for the price, about $50, it does a good job! Get your Juicer here https://amzn.to/3mSmbsm

Watch today's Youtube Video below!

When you use a Slow Juicer, it separates the fiberous pulp from the fruit or vegetable juice. I like to take the carrot fiber and add it to recipes like carrot muffins or other goodies!

Tomorrow I am making delicious Gluten Free Carrot Pumpkin Maple Muffins,

make sure you come back for the recipe!

- I'm excited for tomorrow Guys!

- See you Soon
