Welcome to Day 31—the bonus day! You’ve reached the final stretch of the March Growth & Empowerment Challenge, and what better way to close out this beautiful journey than by spending time in nature?



Today, we step away from screens, deadlines, and distractions to reconnect with the natural world, breathe deeply, and remember just how grounding and healing nature can be.


Whether it's a walk in the park, a hike through the trees, or simply sitting under the sky, this is your invitation to pause and be present.

Your Challenge Today: Spend Time in Nature


You don’t have to escape to the mountains or beach (unless you want to!). Find nature wherever you are—even a small pocket of green can make a big difference.


Ideas for Enjoying Nature Today:


Take a walk or hike in your local park or trail.


Sit outside with your morning coffee and feel the sun on your skin.


Visit a botanical garden, lake, or quiet garden space.


Do some light gardening or repot a plant.


Bring your journal or a book outside and enjoy a quiet read.


Meditate or stretch barefoot on the grass.


Watch a sunset, stargaze, or listen to the sound of birds and wind.



Make Nature Part of Your Life


Schedule regular outdoor time each week.


Eat a meal outdoors when you can.


Practice mindfulness while walking—notice colors, sounds, textures.


Leave your phone behind or put it on airplane mode.
