Day 5- Celery Carrot Pineapple Ginger Juice Shot…. So good!!

Wow! Day 5! and it just keeps get better….

This morning my girls looked at my juicer and asked if they can have one! Of course I said Yes!

Like attracts Like. Good attracts Good. Juicing attracts Juicing. Yes, juicing inspires!

I only have 2 days to go… but yesterday I was thinking about how I’m really loving this and seeing my family getting inspired makes me want to do this again and again.

My birthday is just around the corner, and I think I'm going to set myself a fun goal to juice right up to my birthday!

This 7 day Juice shot challenge ends in 2 days. I'm planning on doing a 12 day Juice Shot challenge next, starting on Wednesday October 20. There's no excuse here, you have to join this one!

Following my 12 day Juice Shot Challenge I will be doing a full 30 days! Why you say? Well, I'm excited to make these positive changes for myself and I know I will feel better about my health and my body entering my new Birthday!

30 days of Juicing sounds like a lot, but really if you love the juice, it won't feel difficult at all!

Today's juice is a delicious

Celery, Carrot, Pineapple and Ginger Juice!

Remember these ingredients below yield 4 shots, since I made them for our family. But you can half the recipe and make 2 for your day.

Ingredients:

3 Carrots

1 Pineapple

2" piece of Ginger

3 Celery stalks

Run them through your slow masticating juicer and Drink up!
