It's Waffle Wednesday!

Happy Waffle Wednesday!

Today I'm sharing my Waffle pops!

These are super easy and so delicious!

I'm using the Bella Belgium Square Waffle maker to make the square pops. I purchased this waffle maker on Amazon.

I'm also using my new JJat hot dog corn maker I recently purchased online on Wayfair. I won't be using it to make hot dogs though, I'll be making some cool waffle pops.

Try these! They're perfect for kids, adults, parties or just to celebrate a new day!

To make the Square Waffle pops, you'll need the following:

Prepared Waffle or Pancake batter

Chocolate Meltables in any colors

Sprinkles

Wide popsicle sticks (tongue depressors)

Carefully pour the enough waffle batter into each square compartment, just enough to cover each little square and to the top. Insert the wide popsicle stick onto the batter, ensuring the stick is about 1-1 1/2 " out, this will allow the waffle maker to flip. Flip the waffle maker as directed. Wait until the "Ready" light goes on and then flip upwards again and remove from the waffle maker. Waffle pops will be attached. Gently cut them into individual pops.

Prepare the Chocolate meltables according to the package instructions. Using a fork, dip into the chocolate and drizzle onto the waffle pops as desired.

Top with Sprinkles and any sweet goodies.

To make the Waffle Pop Sticks you'll need the following:

Prepared Waffle or Pancake batter

Chocolate Meltables in any colors

Sprinkles

Lollipop Sticks

Preheat the Waffle Maker. Gently pour in the waffle batter into each opening, filling fully to the brim. Insert lollipop stick. Close the lid and secure. Flip the waffle maker for 1 min. Flip back to upright position and open after green light has turned on.

Remove each pop from the waffle maker and set aside to cool.

Prepare your Chocolate melts as directed on package.

Using a fork, dip into the chocolate and drizzle onto the waffle pops as desired.

Top with Sprinkles and any sweet goodies.

Change is in the Air! - I'm sharing my new business model

As we approach mid month, I wanted to share with you the update of our new business model journey...

Changes are on the horizon... all around us. Change is good. Change is growth. Change is opportunities for self improvement. Change is inevitable.

So, as change is here, I am happy to share that we are happily moving forward with our new business upgrade. We have changed the name and now I am working on the Birth of a new Brand. This is super exciting as this is what I absolutely love to do!

Moving into 2021 I knew I wanted to make big changes and I did not know where they were going to come from, I just trusted the process and here we are in the middle of a new Business Baby. I couldn't be happier!

Friends, I feel so lucky to have a wonderful husband, friend and partner that wants to see my dreams come true and has always been there to help me. He is such as supporting partner and I really appreciate that he is in my life!

Businesses can be very tricky, there's so many moving parts involved and oh yes, it can also be an emotional roller coaster. But, I've had the opportunity to open and run my fair share of businesses that this feels familiar, exciting and motivating. This is where I thrive, in the creation of a new business.

Friends, I'm happy to introduce you to my newest Business model....

PUREBERRI- Artisan Ice Cream & Art!

This is an upgraded version of my Art studio, because we are in the same retail space, still selling ceramics ready for painting, this new model allows us to sell food.

We are converting the back space to a small kitchen, Bringing in a unique ice cream machine and we'll be offering delicious grab and go sweets. This is all in addition to painting beautiful ceramic art.

Since we are at the beginning of the project, we will be closing a few weeks for the remodel. This is just a temporary close, while we bring in our new equipment and display case.

I will keep you updated on the process. I appreciate all of your support and love. Thank you for encouraging words and gifts. We're very excited to bring to you the new dream made reality.
