Work Smarter, Not Harder...


We all work. We work hard, that's no lie, but isn't it time to work smarter?


Get to planning your day, your projects, your goals to compliment your schedule and get more done. There is a lot to gain from this concept.


One day I woke up saying, "I'm tired of all of this!" and I was ready to give it up. I'm pretty sure we've all been there...


Working hard with no plan, will drain you. Working hard with no plan will eventually overwhelm you, leading you to a corner to want to give up.


So how can we turn this around and make it work to our advantage? You have to plan it. If you want to get things done in a seemingly effortless way, you must plan. Plan everything. Layout your goals and start ticking the boxes, in an organized way.


By planning ahead, you'll get more done, feel motivated and accomplished. This is the goal!


Work smarter, not harder. Sit down today and plan out tomorrow. What does that look like?


You can do it, get in there... Plan, Design, Create the Fabulous Life you really want... today!

It's easy to remember, simple and useful for many things.


Today I just want to remind you to use it often!


Make a list of the Top 10 things you love in your life.


Make a list of 10 favorite foods.


Make a list of 10 places you'd like to travel to.


Make a list of 10 dreams you have today.


Make a list of 10 things you love about YOU.


Make a list of 10 things you love about a new day.


Make a list of 10 things you want to learn.


Make a list of 10 things you love about your family.


Make a list of 10 flavors you love!


Make a list of your top 10 colors.


Make a list of 10 friends.


Make a list of 10 things you've done that you're proud of!


Make a list of your top 10 scents you like to smell.


Make a list of 10 things you love about your body.


It's simple... start making Lists of 10! in EVERYTHING!


You can write them down, think about them, or say them out loud... just do it!


Do this frequently! Do this everyday!


Watch how your life will change and how you'll start new lists of things you love because life is so great!

New Day! New Recipe! We're making Breakfast Yogurt Berry Frozen Bars!

It's a new dawn, a new day! It's finally time for a new recipe!


I was so busy with all the preparations of my new Food Business planning, it literally sucked any energy I had into the full planning....


At first I was complaining a bit, but then I realized how much I learned from this process and how I came out a different person... I appreciate life for giving me this gift! I appreciate ME loving me enough to explore this new pathway.


So today I get to play in the kitchen... what will I make? We're making Healthy Ice Cream!


I'm taking a typical breakfast item and turning it into an ice cream breakfast bar! Who wouldn't love to eat this for breakfast? ME! Me! ME!


If you haven't noticed... I love ice cream! I always have. This frozen dessert is one of my favorite treats in the world. In fact, I have traveled far for ice cream. I loved authentic Gelato in Rome, and rich, delicious ice cream in Paris or Paletas and Bolis in Mexico! I eat a form of ice cream almost everyday. I knew someday I'd open an ice cream shop or cup cake shop... or both, but I didn't know I'd have the opportunity to jump on this now... yet here it is!


Life listens. Life listens to the dreams you've been storing in your life's dream vault. And one day, when it's the right time and place for you, the opportunity shows up! Thank you Life! This is so great to anticipate the wonderful surprises that Life will bring.


So, New Day- New Recipe... take today and make something new! Try my Breakfast Yogurt Berry Bars! This recipe is easy, delicious and really good for you! You'll love these! You're family will too and you'll know you'll be enjoying a really good bar that your body and health will thank you for!

BREAKFAST YOGURT BERRY FROZEN BARS

Makes 12 bars


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Popsicle silicon mold (Amazon link )

popsicle sticks


INGREDIENTS:

Greek Honey Yogurt

Fresh Blueberries

Fresh Blackberries

Fresh Raspberries

Fresh Strawberries

1/2 Banana sliced

Honey Granola


TO ASSEMBLE:

Fill each mold with 1 Teaspoon of Honey Granola

Add 1 spoonful of greek yogurt, pound mold lightly on counter to settle ingredients.

Then work in layers, adding 1 slice of banana, and 1 blackberry

Add another spoonful of yogurt

Add 1 raspberry to each mold, then more yogurt

Add 2 blueberries to each mold, then more yogurt

and finally add diced strawberries to top the mold and fill in with a layer of yogurt.

Add silicon cover and add a popsicle stick to each mold.


Place in Freezer for 3-6 hours or overnight.

Pop out of mold and Enoy!
